School District Found Liable After 14-Year-Old Sexually Abused by Uncle — Jury Awards $734,200

A 14 year-old was sexually abused by her uncle while in the care and custody of the School District.  The case went to trial.  Jury awarded $2,609,200 with School district being 25% at fault.  Judgment against school district was in the amount of $734,200.
